Beef Steak Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 steaks (1/2-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    6 potatoes, halved
    6 sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Brown steaks
    on
    both\tsides in oil in a 12-inch Dutch oven for
    about\t7 minutes per side.
    Dissolve bouillon in hot water and
    pour
    over
    steaks.
    Top
    with
    potatoes, carrots, onions, salt
    and
    pepper.\tCover
    and simmer for 30 minutes. Combine flour
    with
    1/2 cup cold water.
    Stir into juices and simmer for 2 minutes.
