Tuna Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut-up celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1/2 (5 1/2 oz. size) can chow mein noodles
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup of the chow mein noodles.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender.
    Stir in tuna (with liquid) and remaining ingredients.
