Oatmeal Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened, or butter or flavored Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. quick oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Sift together flour and soda.
Stir into creamed mixture with oats and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove to cool. Yields 5 to 8 dozen, depending on the size of your \"teaspoon.\"
