Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless pork loin (double)
    8 garlic cloves, cut into slivers
    2 Tbsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Trim all fat from loins.
    Cut small holes in loins.
    Fill with garlic slivers.
    Combine remaining dry ingredients and rub into loins thoroughly.
    Place in shallow roasting pan.
    Do not add water.
    Roast uncovered until thermometer registers 170\u00b0, 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Allow to cool slightly.
    Slice thin; arrange on platter.
    Makes 12 servings.
