Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. butter
    3 egg yolks and 1 beaten egg
    2 lemons and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix boiling water and flour.
    Cook for 1 minute; add milk and egg yolks.
    Cook until thick; add lemon juice and butter.
    Cook a little longer.
    Makes 1 pie.
