Ingredients

1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. pizza sauce
2 cans refrigerator biscuits
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

For filling, in a bowl, combine Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and pizza sauce.
Set aside.
Separate biscuits.
Flatten biscuits to 3-inch circles.
Place 1 rounded tablespoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
Bring edges of dough together.
Pinch to seal.
Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheet.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm. Makes 20.
