Green Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can diced green chilies (or you may chop 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers and 2 to 3 tsp. jalapeno juice)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 lb. ground beef
    tortillas
Preparation
    Heat until smooth chicken soup and milk.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    In 8 x 8-inch baking dish, alternate sauce mixture, beef and tortillas.
    You may tear tortillas as you place in layers; use sauce last.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
