Ingredients

6 large, ripe tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1 large red onion
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. cold water
1 large cucumber
Preparation

Skin tomatoes and cut in quarters.
Halve pepper; seed and slice into strips.
Slice onion into thin rings.
Arrange vegetables in a large baking dish (not metal) or you can mix them all together in a large bowl.
