Poppy Seed And Nut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 small sq. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. applesauce
    2 lb. nuts or 4 jars poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix the top 3 ingredients together, beat until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water and set aside. Mix well. Put in fridge until cold for about 2 hours or until you want (overnight).
