Stuffed Pumpkin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pumpkin with stem
salt
pepper
sugar
1 lb. regular sausage
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 lb. smoked sausage
1/2 lb. kielbasa
1/2 lb. pepperoni
uncooked carrots, celery and onion, diced green pepper, sliced water chestnuts; frozen corn, green peas and frozen baby lima beans
Cheddar cheese
1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
Preparation

Pumpkin:
Cut top out of pumpkin, about 5 to 6-inches across (save lid).
Seed and scrape the insides of the pumpkin.
Combine salt, pepper and sugar in a small cup and sprinkle to coat inside of pumpkin.
Place pumpkin in a sturdy broiler pan.
