Broccoli Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 can beef consomme
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold consomme.
    Heat remaining consomme to a boil.
    Add gelatin mixture and seasonings.
    Cool but don't let it gel.
    Blend in mayonnaise.
    Add chopped eggs and broccoli. Refrigerate.
    Yields approximately 7 cups.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan which has been greased with mayonnaise.
    Serves 12 (serving about 3 x 3-inch).
