Baked Shrimp Tortellini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 oz. cheese tortellini
1 lb. large shrimp
32 oz. marinara sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook shrimp, drain and set aside to cool.
Clean.
Add pasta to 5 quarts boiling water.
Boil gently, uncovered, 8 to 9 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain. Set aside to cool. Combine cleaned and cooked shrimp, pasta and sauce in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix until shrimp and pasta are coated with sauce.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sprinkle with cheese evenly over pasta and shrimp. Bake in covered casserole dish for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
