Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c unsifted flour
2 c sugar
3 t baking powder
4 eggs
1 c oil
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/2 c orange juice
4 or 5 sliced apples
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except apples together with a mixer. Pour half the batter in a greased tube pan.
Put a layer of apples and half the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add remaining batter, apples and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
