Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well, except cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Pour in buttered casserole.
    Top with crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Do not cover. This can be mixed and frozen for use later.
