Double Chocolate Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour square pan.
    In bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
    Pour into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
