Pumpkin Nut Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes, then beat in sugar gradually.
Stir in lemon juice and pumpkin.
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix this into pumpkin mixture.
Grease and flour a 15-inch cookie sheet, then pour mixture in.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over all.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
