Fluffy Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 carton whipping cream
    2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt;
    add pineapple juice.
    Blend well. Cook
    over low heat until thick.
    Add a small amount of hot mixture
    to
    well
    beaten
    eggs.
    Stir
    into remaining hot mixture,
    cook
    until
    thick.
    Add\tmarshmallows.
    Stir
    well, until melted.
    Add\twell
    drained
    pineapple and chill 1 hour. Fold in 1/2 of whipped cream and pour into baked pastry shell. Top with
    remaining whip cream.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Best if longer.
