Strawberry And Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 c. milk
1 (2 layer) pkg. white cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Frosting
Preparation

Beat eggs in mixer bowl until foamy.
Add oil, gelatin, strawberries and milk; beat well.
Add cake mix; beat well.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until layers test done.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
Spread frosting between layers and over top and side of cake.
Yield:
12 servings.
