Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut and cube potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes after peeling.
    Boil until done, but not breaking apart.
    Peel and cube eggs in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Cut onion in 1/4-inch cubes.
    Add all ingredients to potatoes.
    Add mayonnaise and stir until well mixed, adding more mayonnaise if needed for desired consistency.
