Bran Rolls(Mrs. Jack L. Pritchard) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, well beaten
6 c. flour
Preparation

Pour boiling water over All-Bran, sugar, shortening and salt. Let sugar and shortening melt; cool.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Pour into first mixture.
Add eggs and flour; mix well. Cover bowl and let dough rise until doubled in bulk.
Knead dough; roll to 1 1/2-inches thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Put in greased pan, let rise and bake at 425\u00b0.
