Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped fine
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can drained mushrooms or water chestnuts or both
Preparation

Mix together well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cover with crushed potato chips and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
