Lisa'S Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 pork chops
    1 can water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 stick butter
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops to taste.
    Put rice in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix soups and water.
    Pour over rice.
    Melt butter. Dip chops in butter, then roll in Ritz crackers.
    Lay on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
