Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (2 lb.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion
    6 carrots
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash chicken thoroughly.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Mix soups together with milk; pour over chicken.
    Add onion and carrots; season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook on low for approximately 6 hours.
