Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (prefer Pillsbury pie crust in dairy case but any unbaked pie crust okay)
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (any variety)
    1 2/3 c. half and half
    1 c. various fillings (onions, ham, bacon, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Press pie crust into quiche dish.
    Add shredded cheese and desired fillings in a separate bowl.
    Beat eggs; add half and half.
    Mix together.
    Pour into pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 for another 15 minutes.
