Mullet Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 mullet fillets, cleaned and ready to cook
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Place fillets in baking dish, skin side down.
    Sprinkle with lemon
    juice
    and butter.
    Add almonds and bake 15 to 20 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
