Swiss Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
few drops Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. parsley
lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except lettuce and tomatoes.
Chill. Pour over lettuce and tomato wedges at serving time.
