Crisp Crusted Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken or 3 to 3 1/2 lb., cut up
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1/2 c. celery leaves
    sliced celery for garnish
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces and pat dry; set aside.
    Beat egg and milk in a bowl.
    In another bowl mix potato flakes, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
    Melt butter or margarine in a shallow baking pan.
    Roll coated chicken pieces in the butter or margarine and place them skin side up in the pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
