Cream Of Crab Soup Caroline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. half and half
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. pepper, nutmeg and cumin
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    parsley to garnish
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine onion, butter, flour and chicken bouillon cube; saute until onion is clear.
    Add water and crabmeat; bring to simmer.
    Add half and half and remaining ingredients.
    Bring to scalding temperature.
    Do not boil.
    Serve with pat of butter and garnish.
