Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients, then cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Add liquid ingredients and toss with fork.
Chill before rolling.
Divide in 6 equal parts.
Can be frozen and used as needed.
Makes 3 double crust pies.
