Glazed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices
1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
3 large bananas, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.
Combine fruit, nuts and bananas in a large bowl.
Toss gently.
Combine pudding and pineapple juice.
Beat 1 minute at high speed.
Pour over fruit mixture and toss gently.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
