Toffee Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples (I mix Jonathan and Delicious)
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save juice to soak apples in (to prevent them from turning dark while you chop).
    Mix other ingredients; add to drained apples.
