Five Minute Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. shredded cabbage
    3 c. milk (hot)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream or rich milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage for 2 minutes in hot milk.
    Add cream, blended butter and flour plus seasonings.
    Cook rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes and serve.
