Fresh Vegetable Sauté - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 c. assorted cut-up vegetables such as: broccoli florets, green beans, cauliflowerets, sugar snap peas, bell pepper strips, diagonally sliced carrots, mushrooms, onions, yellow squash and zucchini
    1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender crisp.
