Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar-free powdered sweetener
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. scalded low-fat milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except milk.
Gradually add milk; stir thoroughly.
Pour into your favorite pie crust (9-inch deep). Bake about 1 hour or until done.
