Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine water, vinegar, flour, sugar and eggs in top of double boiler. Cook until thickened and smooth, stirring often. Add butter and lemon flavoring. Pour into pie shell. To serve, top with whipped cream.
