Concord Grape Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. grapes (after cooked down)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Slip skins from grapes and set aside.
Bring pulp to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mushy.
Press pulp through colander to rid seeds.
Add skins back to pulp and mix together.
Add sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt and mix.
