Butter Herb Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. real butter (oleo, if desired)
2/3 c. crushed saltines (16 individual crackers)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. frozen fish fillets (perch), thawed
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix crushed saltines, Parmesan, herbs, salt and garlic powder in bowl.
Dip fish fillets in butter, then in saltine mixture.
Place in butter in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Brown under broiler a few minutes to crisp crust.
