Navy Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    2 c. dry navy beans
    3/4 c. diced carrots
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. diced turnip
    3/4 c. diced potatoes
    1 clove garlic
    Vegit seasoning
Preparation
    Soak beans in 8 cups water overnight.
    Next day, cook until tender with chopped onions.
    Add other vegetables and cook.
    Take out part of the beans and vegetables and blend.
    Add back to soup; heat and serve.
