Beef Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. very lean hamburger meat
    flour (small amount)
    oil (small amount)
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (any kind)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Shape meat into patties, flour on both sides and fry in enough oil to brown.
    When patties are brown, place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Cover the meat with the spaghetti sauce; spread Mozzarella on top, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Use paprika for color.
