Mashed Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream (can use a little more if the potatoes seem too dry)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; blend sour cream and cream cheese.
    Add to cooked potatoes and mash.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put into greased casserole dish; brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven until hot.
    (Can be made the day before and heated when ready to eat.)
