Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. cream
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Cook onions in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Combine meat and seasoning; beat in egg and mix thoroughly.
    Beat in cream.
    Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Lightly brown in butter or margarine.
    Remove excess fat.
    Add consomme.
    Cook uncovered 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
