Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 diced apples (about 2 c.)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Step 1:
Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
