Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cheese cracker crumbs, divided
Preparation
    Lightly grease the crock-pot.
    Stir together the butter, onions, potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese, green pepper, black pepper and 1/2 the cracker crumbs.
    Transfer to the crock-pot and top with remaining crumbs.
    Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
