Weight Watchers Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. and 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. beef broth
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients and place into 2 loaves.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Is 4% protein, 1 bread exchange and 10 optional calories.)
