Friday Fish Any Day Of The Week - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish
    Lusianne Cajun seafood mix
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Batter fish pieces in 12-inch skillet.
    Pour in cooking oil, let oil get hot on medium fire.
    Fry for 5 minutes, turning on both sides until golden brown or batter pieces, use just enough oil to prevent from sticking, about 1 tablespoon in a baking pan.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, turning over once until golden brown.
