Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. salmon, drain and save juice
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. liquid (use salmon liquid and water, enough for 1 1/2 c.)
    3 c. coarsely crushed crackers
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
