Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. diced pimento
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut for 15 minutes.
    Cut with scissors into 1-inch pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and store for 24 hours.
