Cream Of Wheat Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Cream of Wheat
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    buttermilk (amount as needed for desired consistency)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into greased large skillet and bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until done.
