Fantasy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 oz. or 1 pt.)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir 5 minutes over medium heat to soft ball stage (238\u00b0).
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces.
    Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cut into squares.
