Pasta Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
    1/4 c. skim milk
    8 oz. lean ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
    1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Mix eggs, milk and Parmesan.
    Stir into macaroni.
    Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray coating.
    Spread macaroni mixture evenly in pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
